浸滲工藝Impregnation process

工件浸滲工藝分為前處理、浸滲處理和后處理三個階段。Workpiece infiltration technology is divided into three stages: pre-treatment, infiltration treatment and post-treatment.

一．前處理one Before processing

前處理工藝包括脫脂  清洗 和真空干燥等工序The pretreatment process includes degreasing cleaning and vacuum drying

二．浸滲處理Impregnation process

浸滲處理工藝包含真空浸滲，六向脫液，翻轉清洗，翻轉固化等工序The infiltration process includes vacuum infiltration, six-way dewatering, flip cleaning, flip curing and other processes

2.1 真空浸滲Vacuum impregnation

2.六向脫液Six to take off the liquid

3.翻轉清洗ⅠTurn cleaning Ⅰ

4.翻轉清洗ⅡTurn over cleaning ⅱ

5.翻轉熱水固化Flip hot water curing

三．后處理 Aftertreatment

浸滲處理后工件應進行壓力試驗，如有泄露可進行第二、第三次浸滲處理，對三次浸滲后仍泄露的工件則作報廢處理。

The workpiece should be subjected to pressure test after leaching treatment. If there is leakage, the second and third leaching treatment can be carried out. The workpiece that still leaks after three leaching is scrapped.
